From early on, I have always had an intimate relationship with food. I can create a recipe, being able to
distinguish the subtle nuances of each flavor,
the required process to create the dish, all this before I actually touch a pan. After high school, I entered the
United States Marine Corps, and proudly served for over 8 years as an Intelligence Analyst in numerous countries, and experiencing
their unique cuisines. After the service, I decided to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute
of America, where I graduated at the top percentage of my class. I have worked over four years at three
different Ritz Carlton Resorts in their Dining Rooms and Grill Rooms, and have brought their
techniques and ideas with me. I think that you will realize that I am not a simple cook, but an experienced Chef
that has the talent and passion that you deserve.
