Additional
Services:
EXTRA ENTREES & PORTIONS: Additional
entrees plus appropriate sides are available for an additional $50.00 each plus cost of groceries.
Increasing the number of portions of an existing entrée is $12.50 per portion per entrée plus
the cost of groceries.
SALADS & EXTRA SIDES : Large green or mixed salads are available for an additional $25.00
plus the cost of groceries. Fruit salads and extra sides are available for an additional $20.00
plus the cost of groceries.
DESSERTS & BAKED GOODS : Desserts and baked goods are an additional fee that will be determined by your particular
requirements. Depending on what is requested, an additional chef day may be required.
EXTRA GROCERIES: We
are happy to accommodate your requests by picking up your “non cook date” groceries when we purchase those
for your chef date. There is an additional fee of $35.00 for this service, and a full list of your
requirements should be faxed through to us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled chef date. Payment for this
service is at time of delivery.
PANTRY : Items not purchased for your specific chef date, but are taken from the chef’s storeroom (saving
you the cost of buying every ingredient when only small amounts are needed) are considered non-chargeable items.
These include salt, pepper, oils, flours and reasonable spices and herbs. Specialty items will be billed at a portion
cost, and I shall retain, or at true cost and will remain in your pantry.
CROCK POTS : Many of our customers enjoy a hot meal waiting for them on chef day. We will be more than happy to purchase
a crock pot on your behalf, if you don't already own one. It will be yours to own.
FOOD SEALERS : We highly recommend food sealers to protect your food for optimum freshness. We will be
happy to provide this service for a modest weekly cost of $75.
PRIVATE CHEF: Want to impress
a date or a spouse? I can personally be your Private Chef for the night, subject to scheduling ability. I will present
a 4 course romantic dinner for the two of you. Special consideration to your privacy and desired timing of the courses
will be a priority. There is an additional cost for this service.
ENTERTAINING: Dinner
parties, Cocktail parties and romantic, multi-course dinners for two can be easily arranged, and will be quoted
on an individual basis. Game day service menu is also available with prior notification, and at an additional cost.
CONCIERGE: If you would like "White Glove Treatment",
this is available at an additional cost, depending on the services requested. They may but are not limited to dry cleaning,
post office, various pick up/drop off services, and the like. All reasonable requests will be discussed and scheduled
when applicable.
PAYMENT: Payment of fee and
a grocery deposit of $125.00 are
due when your chef date is booked. If you are purchasing containers, a crock pot, or a food sealer, the payment for those
will be due at that time too. Any extra cost for groceries will be billed along with your next service fee. We look forward
